I made pizza last night. And it worked. I decided on a BBQ chicken pizza. Made my own dough, mixing regular and wheat flour, cutting all the vegetables, mixing up the bbq sauce with some honey, and grating the cheese. As I closed the oven, I literally said, "please work." I was extremely worried my dough would flop, but sure enough, it puffed up and tasted good. Therefore, I shall share the recipe with you.
1 pizza dough crust (I found a recipe at allrecipes.com)
4 chicken tenders, cooked and cubed
1 C green peppers, sliced
1 C red onion, sliced
1.5 C Mont Jack cheese, grated
1/4 C cilantro
1 C. BBQ sauce
1 Tbsp honey
*So pretty much cook up your chicken in a pan, then throw in the BBQ sauce and honey. Mix it up, then spread across the crust(I added extra BBQ sauce because it is so good). Then add your other toppings, with cheese last, and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. And hopefully it works!!
*What do you think? Would you eat that with me!?

Looks pretty good to me...gonna try it tonight!
I doubt I'll try it this week, but that sounds like it might need to be filed away with "Things to try when I grow the stones to try and learn to cook."
Looks delish! I wish I had been there to eat it with you! Especially right now since it's 8:48pm and I didn't eat dinner and am realizing that I probably should. All this daylight is messing with me!
OOOOOOOOOO can you make that for me and Joelly in June!!
